Eventsforce has announced a suite of tools for on-site event management, including a mobile application, a solution to self-service check-in and badges, and an app that records attendance at events and sessions. The on-suite product family addresses some of the most pressing data management challenges that event organizers face. Eventsforce Mobile is a fully integrated event app that allows users to personalize their event experience. The app includes personalized session and schedule details, one-to-one networking, push notifications, and maps. Organizers can use the app to encourage audience engagement and participation in sessions with features such as live polls and note-taking. The app monitors important behavior analytics, including page visits and downloads of documents, clicks on banner ads, and favorites.

Eventsforce also helps organizers to become more proactive when it comes to managing the check-in process and recording attendance around their events. Last month, the Eventsforce Kiosk was launched by the company. It is a self-service solution that allows attendees to check in and print badges more efficiently on-site. The same seamless experience will now be extended to sessions with a new app for recording attendance.
With the Eventsforce Attendance App, on-site staff can use iPhones or iPads to mark attendees off registration lists quickly with an easy-to-navigate tool and an integrated barcode/QR code badge scanner. The Eventsforce event management software integrates with all registration data, including walk-ins. The system also gives organizers access to key live performance metrics such as session attendance, no-shows, and room capacity.
This kind of information can be crucial for making decisions on the spot. The app, for example, will tell you how many people are already registered to attend a particular session and how many more are expected.
