London – UK – April 2, 2020 – Eventsforce’s suite of enterprise event tools has been enhanced to include new features to help organizations move towards virtual events. The latest offering allows organizers to deliver event content online and engage audiences the same as they would at an in-person event.
“Our industry faces unprecedented risk and uncertainty, and yet it is remarkable to see event professionals from around the globe come together and share ideas. They also support one another with a remarkable display of unity. Many event professionals are now looking at new ways to engage with their communities and run their events online. “Association members, for instance, rely heavily on events to further their professional development. Moving this education online can help meet their needs,” stated George Sirius, CEO of Eventsforce.
We can help the organizers to move their sessions online so they can continue supporting their stakeholders and larger communities. Remote attendees will also find it easier with our tools, which help them to connect and learn new things.
The initial findings of a new Eventsforce study show that 44% are considering moving to virtual events, and more than one-third are looking to host scaled-down versions of their current circumstances. Eventsforce’s integrated system allows organizers to stream their sessions using popular webcasting and video-streaming tools such as Zoom and YouTube Live while also managing their registrations and payments for delegates.
Virtual attendees can use any device to watch live sessions and access tools such as surveys, polls, and live Q&As. They can also share feedback, ask questions, and download presentations. The virtual attendees can also message each other or use the virtual breakout rooms to discuss what has been presented and create valuable new connections.
“Moving event content online is a great way for organizations to increase revenue and create new relationships with sponsors. Sponsors are now able to use these live-streamed events as an opportunity to interact with audiences remotely. They can also sponsor recorded sessions to get a greater return over time.
The Eventsforce system is also useful for data management. Organizers can manage CPD accreditations and track attendance for their virtual sessions much more efficiently. The ability to get real-time insights on metrics such as registrations, session popularity, and attendance can be used to measure performance and make better decisions. This solution allows organizers to manage their virtual and physical event data all in one place.
Eventsforce is conducting a study in conjunction with event planners to investigate the impact of Coronavirus on meetings and events. The results will soon be released.
